Which devices are compatible?

The quadpod is compatible with most iOS and Android smartphones. Thanks to the 1/4 "tripod thread, you can attach action cams, cameras or LED permanent lights. The maximum load capacity is 2.5 kg.

How is the device supplied with electricity?

The integrated battery enables a tracking time of up to about 78 minutes, depending on the use. The charging takes place via USB-C.

How do I use the remote control to control videos on Tikkok?

Step 1: Mail Bluetooth connection

- Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone.
- Switch on the remote control - the control lamp begins to flash, which shows the coupling mode.
- Search for "EC Quadpod" on your smartphone and select it to connect.
- As soon as the coupling is successful, the control light expires.

Step 2: TIKTOK control with the remote control
After TikTok is open, you can use the following buttons on the remote control:

- Arrow keys: navigate up, bottom, left and right.
- Photo button: Press to take a photo or video.
- Like button: Pause once for pause, press twice to like a video.

Why doesn't the tracking work?

Make sure the device is switched on and that you are within the detection area (approx. 0.5 - 5 meters). The tracking starts automatically as soon as you give the "OK" hand signal.
